The check in was easy and the atmosphere was ELEGANT throughout the hotel. The twin room I got was complete with comfortable beds and a large private terrace, for example. The breakfast was rich, had a huge variety of options. The staff was genuinely professional and service-oriented and catered to my every need.

The hotel itself, both its location and staff is 10.
only thing I didn't like about this hotel is perhaps the neglect, abandonment,. desire not to invest in what it really needs because it is. expensive works, I don't know what to call it and that those who really have to execute such works pass on from them and then when certain episodes happen. You may wonder what this is all about. Well, weekend I travelled with some friends to Granada and while we were staying at the hotel we were trapped in one of its panoramic lifts. We did not exceed it. We pressed the emergency button three times, following the instructions it gave, nobody answered our call. 10 minutes later, I saw that nobody was answering, I called the reception with my mobile phone and they answered that they had not heard anything but that in 10 minutes they would solve the problem. Gentlemen, I suffer from claustrophobia and I almost had an attack with another lady. windows of the elevator began to fog up and atmosphere was already getting tense, because of course it was exactly 45 minutes before the firemen arrived to rescue us. All because, type of elevator is not maintained and has no on-site maintenance personnel to deal with breakdowns of this magnitude. So being a magnificent hotel and having a super competent staff I will not be seen in it because I believe that the security of the client is vital and essential in any establishment and here in this chain of Santos Hotels they are about to take it away clean and nothing else.

hotel fulfils its function perfectly. It is comfortable, quiet, made for relaxation and enjoyment. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre, so if you are looking to relax at night without noise it is ideal. It also has buses less than 1 minute away that drop you off in the centre in 5 minutes, walk is pleasant. room we stayed in (double room with double bed) was very comfortable in every respect, bed being particularly noteworthy. I read that the lighting in the room was bad, we didn't have any problems with it. bathroom may be a bit old-fashioned because of the hairdryer and noise from the cistern, it is spacious and there was no lack of cleaning or toiletries at any time. hotel itself has several services, such as a gymnasium and swimming pool. We have not entered the first one, although it looked good from the outside; as for the swimming pool, it is great, well used in terms of size and with plenty of seats and chairs available for guests, in the sun and in the shade. All this with a small bar in case you want a drink with various prices that were not surprising. service is attentive and friendly. We have not tried the bar or the buffet-breakfast, so we cannot give an opinion on it.

It is a beautiful hotel and is very well located to go on foot to the center, although if you do not want to go on foot there is a bus stop a few meters. It has 3 panoramic lifts to access the rooms and a lift to the swimming pool, which can also be reached from reception by going down a few stairs. The hammocks at the pool at certain times are very scarce but you can put the towels in the garden. The swimming pool, in spite of being only one, has 2 differentiated zones; in the small one it gives the water by the waist whereas in the greater one it does not give foot (2,20mts of depth). The hotel towels have a deposit of 5 euros each which is returned on delivery. In the surroundings you can get a parking space, although sometimes it is a bit difficult.
The pillows because it was like having nothing since they were sinking so much. The prices of the pool bar are exorbitant

hotel itself is pretty well taken care of. perfect rooms, in cleanliness and accessories. They have a pool, free towel service in the pool, a bar very close to it. Apart from some chill out areas perfect for drinking or eating something relaxed. breakfast buffet is up to date. It has a wide schedule, there is variety, everything is good and waiters are very attentive and pleasant. parking, although just for large cars, is fine, as it is a somewhat complicated area where to park the car. It is a bit far from the centre, not 10 minutes walk, it is a flat walk. Thanks to the human team of reception, cleaning and bar, since with all of them there has been a very good complicity and good vibes.
That there was not a pool attendant who did not check if people left their towels in the hammocks at 11 o'clock and did not use them until late in the afternoon, so that other people could not use the hammocks. To say also, that this same point of improvement was implemented the day after giving my opinion, and although it did not work completely, something did work. They must improve it. The prices of the consumptions in swimming pool, are something expensive.

Having just returned from 3weeks in Spain, I had booked a Parador through Booked.net along with the Hotel Saray in Granada. I thought that the Parador couldn't be bettered, however, the Hotel Saray was superb. On arrival at reception, we were greeted by the most delightful reception staff, who spoke perfect English. They were a joy! Our rooms were very modern, with every facility. As the purpose of the trip was to visit the Alambra Palace, the hotel was perfectly situated, a simple and very reasonable taxi journey (5e) away. As for the swimming pool, this was an oasis! Beautiful gardens surrounding the central pool, and the Moorish design of the hotel was stunning. Well done.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Exhibition center, Song, Dance and Theater and the whole Spain. Had brunch in the Bar los diamantes, located nearby. The indoor restaurant for dinner and the pool bar. It was surely a fun stay for two nights.

The location is very good as it is quite close to the centre without being in the very centre of Granada, you can walk there in 10 minutes. Large and comfortable room as well as the bathroom, very well cleaned. Very good system of air conditioning by ducts, cools well and very quiet. Big hotel and at the same time quite quiet.
pool is nice and well equipped with hammocks, however the water is very cold because it is almost all day in the shade. In spite of having been in two of the hottest days of the year at almost 40 degrees, we could not swim because the water in the pool and shower was so cold. You have to be careful if you go to the hotel by car as there is a restricted traffic area nearby with many possibilities of being fined, better to consult the hotel before arriving what streets you can pass through.

Beautiful hotel. Design, very different from what at least I'm used to. Without being central, it's a 15' walk, down a lively avenue. It has very interesting things nearby, such as the "City of Science", which I recommend visiting. For how big and crowded it is, it's pretty quiet.
Smaller pool than it looks in the pictures, especially for such a big hotel. There are "slaps" for getting sunbeds. I missed having a chillout service at the pool at night. Location to do it, there was.. You can go to the "gastrobar", terrace is on the sidewalk of the street, with all the cars passing by, by the way, at quite a speed.. of course, it's not the same, it closed very soon. parking lot, is directly to put in the prison who designed it. is very small, with seats size Seat 600 and "impossible curves". walls, are full of multicolored graffiti.. one of mine, by the way.. well, to compensate for this, it's very expensive. My advice is not to book it, especially because it hurts a lot to pay for such a freak, seeing that there are customers who throw all the nose of the world and leave their car parked right outside the door of the hotel, although this disables the space reserved for "loading - unloading", with the consequent mess. come on, clearly the hotel doesn't care, so don't spend a euro on this.

The pool's limited hours were frustrating!!! I also expected better upkeep of some outdated room decor, and the presence of noise from the cleaning staff was quite disruptive !!!
